运用多种研究方法,对四川高校足球选项课开展现状深入调查研究。得出参与四川高校足球选项课的客体是具有兴趣和完成学分的两种学习动机的类群,客体运动技能参差不齐。足球选项课的安排课时存在不合理性,客体学习时间短、间隔时间长,不利于足球运动技能的掌握和提高,没有达到高校体育教学终身体育锻炼的目的。足球选项课教学主体、教学方法简单,教学手段落后等结论。提出针对不同足球选项课客体采用多种教学手段;提高教学主体的业务水平,提高对高校体育教学的认识,激励教学主体对足球知识的更新。
Using a variety of research methods, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and research on the status quo of football elective courses in colleges and universities in Sichuan. Obtained the participation in Sichuan college football elective course object is interested in and complete the two learning motivation group, object sports skills uneven. There is irrationality in arranging class hours for football elective courses, short learning time and long time intervals, which is not conducive to the mastery and improvement of football skills. It does not meet the purpose of lifelong physical training in college physical education. Soccer elective course teaching subjects, teaching methods are simple, backward teaching and other conclusions. It puts forward that different teaching methods should be adopted for different optional courses of football, improve the professional level of teaching subjects, raise awareness of physical education in colleges and universities, and encourage subjects to update their knowledge of football.
