现代的DCS系统功能强大且结构复杂。对其进行良好组态可以帮助操作者对生产过程进行最优控制。报警的组态必须考虑到控制目标及安全目标。但是,应用中退即使是最智能化、得到最精心应用的报警原理也发挥不了其作用。问题的基本原因在于组态是固定的,而针对的对象是整个操作及过渡状态。许多DOS系统的最佳工作点都是在“正常”工况,即稳态下。多数计划工况,如启动、停车、切换和再生等都不是稳态。而那些非计划工况、根据经验,也不是稳态。本文的正常工况的定义是指那些计划的操作状态的变化,非正常工况正好相反。
Modern DCS systems are powerful and complex. Well-configured to help operators control the production process optimally. The configuration of the alarm must take into account the control objectives and safety goals.
