近年来,随着中国铁路建设的迅猛发展,轨道交通装备制造业积极抢抓大发展的历史机遇,加快产业结构调整和自主技术创新步伐,大力开拓市场,强化基础管理,实现了快速发展。但同时我们也清醒的认识到,在企业快速发展的形势下,基础管理工作还很薄弱,与企业快速发展不相匹配。问题的根本原因还是在基础管理与企业快速发展不适应,基础管理水平未能同步提高,基础管理平台尚未建立,这是企业要保持快速发展、创新发展必须要破解的一个重大课题。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s railway construction, the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has seized the historic opportunity of great development and accelerated the pace of industrial restructuring and independent technological innovation. It has also vigorously opened up markets, strengthened basic management and achieved rapid growth. But at the same time, we are also soberly aware that under the rapid development of the enterprise, the basic management work is still weak and does not match the rapid development of the enterprise. The root cause of the problem lies in the fact that the basic management fails to meet the rapid development of the enterprise, the basic management level fails to be improved simultaneously, and the basic management platform has not yet been established. This is an important issue that enterprises must break to maintain rapid development and innovation and development.
