大楼建于江苏路,装机容量14万门(最大容量可达24万门),为目前上海最大市电话局机务楼,现正在施工中,建筑面积11365M~2,地上部份十层,高48.70M,土建造价82s万元。因机务楼主要用房均按空调要求设计,基于基地条件的限制,大楼沿江苏路东西向布置,为节省能源,缩小外窗面积并结合沿街立面的需要,外立面采用折板长条形铝合金窗的竖线
The building was built on Jiangsu Road, with an installed capacity of 140,000 doors (maximum capacity of 240,000 doors). It is currently the largest telephone exchange in Shanghai and is under construction. The building area is 11365M~2, and there are ten floors above the ground. The height is 48.70.
