某矿区104孔设计孔深300米,方位200°,倾角77°/70°曲线设计。钻孔所穿岩层为变质砂岩、砂质板岩、板岩互层,层次变化频繁,节理比较发育,可钻性6~7级。该孔钻到263.4米结束,但在110~230米孔段岩、矿心采取率低未达到设计要求,需补采岩、矿心,故从87米处导斜补采,但钻到159.4米时,由于扫脱落岩心,把导斜器全部破坏,不能继续钻进。若提到上部重新导斜,则要浪费80多米进尺,若不进行处理,则全孔报废,浪费更大。经研究后,决定在原导斜器位置重新下入导斜器,结果成功,仅用7个小班时间恢复了正常钻进。
