目的观察抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎的临床效果。方法选取2011年5月-2014年5月兴隆县人民医院收治的子宫内膜炎患者337例。按入院单双号分为对照组169例与研究组168例。对照组给予抗生素加人工周期雌孕激素进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加服妇科千金片进行治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率97.62%明显优于对照组的82.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而研究组治疗后月经状况以及子宫内膜厚度亦均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗子宫内膜炎疗效确切,对子宫内膜具有修复加厚作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of antibiotics and gynecology Qianjin tablets in the treatment of endometritis. Methods 337 patients with endometritis who were treated in Xinglong County People’s Hospital from May 2011 to May 2014 were selected. According to admission single and double numbers were divided into control group 169 cases and study group 168 cases. The control group was given antibiotics plus artificial cycle estrogen and progesterone for treatment. The study group was given gynecological Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.62% which was significantly better than that of the control group (82.24%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); while the study group had better menstruation status and endometrial thickness than the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Antibiotics combined with gynecological Qianjin tablets is effective in treating endometritis and has the effect of repairing and thickening the endometrium, which is worthy of clinical application.
