硫铁矿渣(以下称硫渣)系硫酸厂用硫铁矿制取硫酸后排放的渣料,是稍具活性的工业废料。近年来相当一部份建筑施工单位使用硫渣代替部份黄砂,掺入砌筑砂浆使用。这对降低工程成本,综合利用工业废料是有益的。但由于对硫渣的内在性质缺乏系统的研究,在使用过程中,有相当一部份砌体发生了裂缝,严重的甚至返工拆除,造成了一些损失。
Pyrite slag (hereinafter referred to as “sulfur residue”) is a slag discharged from sulfuric acid produced from pyrite in a sulfuric acid plant and is a slightly active industrial waste. In recent years, quite a few construction units have used sulfur slag instead of part of yellow sand, which is used in masonry mortar. This is beneficial for reducing engineering costs and for comprehensive utilization of industrial waste. However, due to the lack of systematic research on the intrinsic nature of the sulfur slag, a considerable part of the masonry cracks occurred in the process of use, and serious and even rework removal, resulting in some losses.
