振动装载是一种新型的装载方式,比传统的装载方式具有结构简单,造价低廉,能耗少和生产效率高等优点。本文以振动装载实验装置为例,介绍了振动装载机的结构、工作原理及测试方法。根据大量数据,给出了合适的振动装载参数;论述了振动装载可减少插入阻力、提高生产率的原因;还给出了振动装载机的设计步骤及有关的计算公式。
Vibration loading is a new type of loading method, which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, less energy consumption and higher production efficiency than the traditional loading method. In this paper, the vibration loading experimental device, for example, introduces the structure of the vibration loader, working principle and test method. According to a large amount of data, the appropriate vibration loading parameters are given. The reasons why the vibration loading can reduce the insertion resistance and improve the productivity are also discussed. The design steps and related formulas are also given.
