双氢呲啶类衍生物Nicardipine是新型钙通道阻滞剂.本文报道39～72(中位数62)岁的63(男58、女5)例慢性稳定型心绞痛患者,按随机、双盲、安慰剂对照和交叉的方式,短期或长期口服Nicardipine30或40mg、tid,并定期进行活动平板试验.本组心功能NYHAⅠ级3例、Ⅱ级45例和Ⅲ级15例;32例有心肌梗塞史;7例曾作冠状动脉搭桥术;心绞痛已有(中位数)6.1年;每周心绞痛发作(中
Nicardipine is a novel calcium channel blocker.This paper reports 63 patients (58 males and 5 females) with stable angina of 39 to 72 years (median 62 years) who were randomized, double-blind, Placebo-controlled and crossover, short-term or long-term oral Nicardipine30 or 40mg, tid, and regular activities of the plate test.This group of cardiac function NYHA Ⅰ 3 cases, Ⅱ 45 cases and Ⅲ 15 cases; 32 patients with myocardial infarction ; 7 patients had coronary artery bypass surgery; angina has been (median) 6.1 years; weekly angina attack
