目的系统评价外周血mi RNA-145的表达作为癌症潜在诊断标志物的临床价值。方法计算机检索CNKI、Pub Med,ISI Web of Science,The Cochran Library等数据库,查找国内外公开发表的关于外周血mi RNA-145的表达与癌症诊断相关性的研究,检索时限均从建库至2014年4月8日,同时追溯相关文献的参考文献。筛选文献、提取资料并采用QUADAS原则评价文献质量。用Meta-Disc1.4和Stata12.0软件合并统计结果。结果最终纳入5个研究,合计样本692例,其中病例组432例,对照组260例。Meta分析结果显示,外周血mi RNA-145的合并敏感度为0.69,合并特异度为0.67,合并阳性似然比为2.15,合并阴性似然比为0.41,合并诊断比值比为5.64。SROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.72。结论外周血mi RNA-145对癌症具有一定的诊断价值,有待更多大样本、高质量研究验证。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of mi RNA-145 expression in peripheral blood as a potential diagnostic marker of cancer. Methods The databases of CNKI, Pub Med, ISI Web of Science and The Cochran Library were searched by computer to find out the published research about the correlation between the expression of miRNA-145 in peripheral blood and cancer diagnosis at home and abroad. April 8, the year, at the same time tracing references of relevant documents. Filtering the literature, extracting data and using QUADAS principles to evaluate the quality of the literature. Statistical results were merged using Meta-Disc 1.4 and Stata 12.0 software. Finally, five studies were included in the study, with a total sample of 692 cases, including 432 cases in the case group and 260 cases in the control group. Meta analysis showed that the combined sensitivity and specificity of mi RNA-145 in peripheral blood were 0.69 and 0.67, respectively, with a positive likelihood ratio of 2.15, a negative likelihood ratio of 0.41 and a combined diagnostic odds ratio of 5.64. The area under the curve of SROC (AUC) was 0.72. Conclusion Peripheral blood miRNA-145 has certain diagnostic value for cancer. It needs more large sample and high quality research verification.
