Hematopoietic growth factors greatly facilitate the mobilization and collection of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC). However, the G-CSF and GM-CSF are still inconclusive. This article was the first to use a double-blind method to investigate the effect of mobilization of PBSC and the recovery of hematopoietic after transplantation. From 1992.8 to 1996.12, a total of 26 patients (14 males and 12 females) with refractory and relapsed Hodgkin’s disease entered this group, with a median age of 31 years. Chemotherapy regimen: Dexamethasone 24 mg/day, 1 to 7 days; Semustine 60 mg/m~2, Day 2; Etoposide 75 mg/day, 4 to 7 days (total 300 mg/m~2) ; Cytarabine 100mg/m~2, twice daily, 4 to 7 days (total 800mg/m~2). Patients were randomly divided into two groups on the first day after chemotherapy.
