聚碳酸酯/聚乳酸(PC/PLA)作为一种环境友好型材料,有着很好的应用,但其冲击性能较差。通过苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯的共聚物(SAG)与乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)2种增容剂复配来改性PC/PLA,探究增容剂组合对PC/PLA复合材料冲击吸收总功、裂纹扩展功、韧性指数和冲击强度的影响。结果表明:这2种增容剂复配具有很好的协同效应,能明显提高PC/PLA合金的冲击性能,最佳的配比为3份SAG与4份EAA组合,合金的冲击吸收总功为2.15 J,裂纹扩展功为1.91 J,韧性指数为7.76,冲击强度达577.95 J/m。
Polycarbonate / polylactic acid (PC / PLA) as an environmentally friendly material, has good applications, but its impact performance is poor. PC / PLA was modified with two compatibilizer of styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer (SAG) and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) to explore the effect of compatibilizer combination on PC / Effect of Impact Aggregation, Crack Propagation Work, Toughness Index and Impact Strength of PLA Composites. The results show that the two kinds of compatibilizer have good synergistic effect and can obviously improve the impact properties of PC / PLA alloy. The best ratio is 3 parts SAG and 4 parts EAA. The impact absorption total work Is 2.15 J, the crack propagation work is 1.91 J, the toughness index is 7.76 and the impact strength is 577.95 J / m.
