目的检测霍乱弧菌毒力基因和基因分型,为科学防治提供依据。方法用PCR方法检测从湖北省部分地区的猪肉、基围虾、湖水、病人、病人厕所等处采集标本培养分离血清学分型确认的霍乱弧菌毒力基因,采用脉冲场电泳技术(PPGE)检测霍乱弧菌基因分型。结果同一地区的猪肉、基围虾、湖水中O1群小川型霍乱弧菌基因分型结果一致,毒力基因阴性;病人及病人厕所O139群霍乱弧菌基因分型结果一致,毒力基因为阳性。结论检测猪肉、基围虾、湖水中霍乱弧菌毒力基因阴性的结果,可以为现场提供避免采取应急防治措施的依据,节约大量的社会和人力资源。
Objective To detect Vibrio cholera virulence genes and genotypes and provide basis for scientific prevention and treatment. Methods Vibrio cholerae virulence genes identified by serological typing were collected from pigs, shrimps, lakes, patients and patients’ toilets in some areas of Hubei Province by PCR. The cholera arcs were detected by pulse field electrophoresis (PPGE) Bacterial genotyping. Results The genotyping of V. cholerae O1-type Ogawa cholera in pork, shrimp shrimp and lake in the same area was consistent and the virulence gene was negative. The result of genotyping of V. cholerae O139 in patient and patient’s toilet was consistent and the virulence gene was positive. Conclusion The detection of Vibrio cholerae negative virulence genes in pork, shrimp, and shrimp can provide a basis for avoiding emergency measures in the field and save a lot of social and human resources.
