1.经鉴定的痢疾菌的生化反应绝大多数菌株与痢疾菌属共同特性相符,其中有一些菌型并具有一定的规律性,可作血清学分种以致于分型工作中的参考。对于各种异常生化反应,本文曾详加讨论。2.在918株痢疾杆菌中,弗氏菌的比重最高(79.19%);宋内氏菌其次(13.3%);史密次氏菌及鲍氏菌很少;志贺氏菌接近于消逝。但各地区菌型分布不甚一致。
