一、前言 新疆位于我国西北边疆,属严寒地区。河流特点是气候寒冷,冰冻期长(表1),冬季流量小,洪枯比大。因此,冰冻之害便成为水利水电工程能否正常运行的关键问题。
I. Introduction Xinjiang is located in the northwest frontier of China, which belongs to the cold area. The river is characterized by cold climate and long freezing period (Table 1). The flow in winter is small and the flood and wilt ratio is large. Therefore, the damage caused by freezing water and hydropower projects become the key to the normal operation of the problem.
