第一条天津市化学业工会橡胶业公会为克服暂时困难,贯澈『发展生产,劳资两利』政策,双方协议签订本协定,共同遵守。
Article 1 In order to overcome the temporary difficulties, Tianjin Rubber Industry Association Rubber Trade Association shall adhere to the principle of “developing production and providing both labor and capital” policy. Both parties shall conclude this agreement and abide by the same.
