心墙堆石坝施工质量常规控制手段由于受人为因素干扰大,管理粗放,故难于实现对碾压过程参数的精准控制,难以确保碾压过程质量.针对高心墙堆石坝填筑碾压质量控制的要求与特点,在建立填筑碾压质量实时监控指标及准则的基础上,采用GPS,GPRS和PDA技术,提出了心墙堆石坝填筑碾压质量实时监控方法,以及碾压过程信息实时自动采集技术和碾压过程可视化监控的图形算法等关键技术,实现了碾压遍数、碾压轨迹、行车速度、激振力、压实厚度等碾压参数的全过程、精细化、在线实时监控.实际工程应用表明,该技术可有效保证和提高施工质量,使大坝建设质量始终处于真实受控状态,为高心墙堆石坝建设质量控制提供了一条新的途径,是大坝建设质量控制手段的重大创新.
