山东建筑工程学院设计研究院(Design and Research Institute of Shandong Institute of Architecture and Engineering)成立于1960年,原名为山东建筑工程学院设计室,1985年,1992年分别改为设计研究所,设计研究院。1997年国家建设部批准为建筑工程设计甲级资质。2000年国家计委审定批准为工程咨询甲级资质。目前,设计研究院已同时具有建筑工程设计,工程咨询,市政工程设计、土工试验、城市规划、园林绿化、工程加固与鉴定、设计施工图审查等八种设计资质。
Founded in 1960, the Design and Research Institute of Shandong Institute of Architecture and Engineering was formerly known as Designing Institute of Shandong Institute of Architectural Engineering. In 1985 and 1992, it was renamed Design Institute and Design Institute respectively. In 1997 the Ministry of Construction approved the construction of Class A qualification. In 2000, the State Development Planning Commission approved the approval of Grade A qualification for engineering consultation. At present, the Design and Research Institute has eight design qualifications including architectural engineering design, engineering consultation, municipal engineering design, geotechnical test, urban planning, landscaping, engineering reinforcement and identification, design and construction drawing review.
