前言罗寨水力冲填坝,于1975年冬兴建,1977年7月建成。在冲填过程中曾发生鼓肚、位移等质量问题,由于土料含粘量高、含水量大,干容重仅达1.22吨/立方米,脱水固结慢,因而在建成后尚未蓄水运行。大坝自竣工后迄今已逾6年,其固结程度如何?能否蓄水运行?这是一个众所关心的问题。本文根据已有的坝体钻探及试验资料,对大坝的固结进行了初步计算,以供判断水库能否蓄水运行的参考。
Preface Luozhai hydraulic red fill dam, built in the winter of 1975, completed in July 1977. During the process of filling and filling, quality problems such as bulging and displacement occurred. Due to the high content of clay, large amount of water content and dry weight of only 1.22 tons per cubic meter, the dehydration and solidification were slow and the water storage operation was not completed . The dam has been in operation for more than 6 years since its completion and how well it consolidates and whether it can be operated in water storage? This is a matter of concern. Based on the existing data of drilling and testing of the dam, this paper makes a preliminary calculation of the consolidation of the dam for reference for judging whether the reservoir can be impounding.
