该文报道了钨超微电极的制作方法,利用电化学氧化的手段在钨超微区域衍生三氧钨膜而制成三氧化钨/钨(WO3/W)pH超微电极。实验发现,在pH2.0~13.0的范围内,WO3/W超微电极对H+是较好的响应,相关系数为0.9996,斜率为56.6mV/pH。将超微电极应用于心肌细胞缺血性损伤的研究中,结果满意。
This paper reports the fabrication of tungsten ultramicroelectrode by electrochemically oxidizing Tungsten trioxide / tungsten (WO3 / W) pH ultrafine electrode in the ultrafine tungsten region. It was found that the WO3 / W ultramicroelectrode had a good response to H + in the range of pH2.0 ~ 13.0 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996 and a slope of 56.6mV / pH. The ultramicroelectrode was applied to the study of ischemic injury of cardiomyocytes with satisfactory results.
