深潜器与观光潜艇是现代潜艇技术的分支,既有共同的技术基础,又互有侧重,但均对安全性、可靠性和实用性有更高的要求。我国的潜艇技术先进,工艺成熟,研制力量雄厚,从常规潜艇起步,到研制核潜艇,再到救生潜艇和深潜器的应用,积累了几十年丰富的实践和经验。随着“军转民”朝普及、实用方向拓展,为我国潜艇设计师提供了施展才华的大舞台。
Submersibles and sightseeing submarines are the branches of modern submarine technology. They have both common technical foundation and mutual focus, but all have higher requirements on safety, reliability and practicability. China’s submarines are technologically advanced, mature in technology and strong in research and development. They have accumulated rich experience and decades of experience in the submarines from the conventional submarines to the development of nuclear submarines and the application of life-saving submarines and submarines. With the “military to civilian” toward the universal, practical direction of expansion for our submarine designers to provide a big stage to display their talent.
