故障现象:一辆2006款桑塔纳3000轿车,搭载1.8LBKT发动机,行驶里程820000km。车主因行驶中EPC灯点亮,踩下加速踏板不能加速来站维修。故障诊断:该车总体技术状况较好,转速表指针指向1200r/min,EPC灯常亮报警,踩下加速踏板,发动机转速不对其作出响应,一看便知电子节气门处于紧急状态下运行。连接VAS5052诊断仪查询发动机控制单元J220的故障存储器,内存识别到了下列故障信息:18047P1639008节气门/踏板位置传感器/开关-C-电路不可靠信号,静态;17972P1564002节气门控制部件-J338-基本设置期间电压不足,静态;
