随着我国经济的发展和医疗行业的改革,医院想要提升运营的经济效益,就需要进行科学的财务管理。医院的财务情况直接影响医院的运营发展情况,因此在现代化医院的财务管理中,需要对财务风险进行良好的规避,从而减少财务管理的风险。本文分析了现阶段医院财务管理中存在的问题,提出了新财务制度下医院进行财务管理时规避风险的对策。
With the economic development in our country and the reform in the medical industry, the hospital needs to carry out scientific financial management if it wants to enhance the economic benefits of its operation. The hospital’s financial situation directly affects the operation and development of the hospital. Therefore, in the modern hospital’s financial management, the financial risks need to be well circumvented, so as to reduce the risk of financial management. This article analyzes the existing problems in the hospital financial management and puts forward the countermeasures to avoid the risks in the hospital financial management under the new financial system.
