糖尿病是危害老年人健康的常见病之一。我院近3年来共收治糖尿病患者159例,其中60岁及60岁以上老年人108例。本文对该组病例进行临床分析。临床资料一、一般资料 108例中男77例、女31例,男∶女=2.5∶1。60～69岁71例,70～79岁33例,80岁以上4例。起病以糖尿病常见症状多饮、多食、多尿、口干、体重减轻等或仅具有其中1项为主诉者47例(43％),余均因其他疾病住院或健康检查而发现。起病时年龄45～85岁,其中59岁以前起病27例,60～69岁起病者51例,起病时间不明确者30例。本组病例大多症状轻微或无症状,有2例因急性脑血管病住院检查发现。
