我科应用武汉第二制药厂生产的硝普钠静滴治疗急性肾炎合并心功不全及高血压脑症8例,降压效果显著。全部病例均为学龄儿。急性肾炎合并高血压脑症5例,心功不全3例。高血压脑症者血压最高为23.94/15.96Kpa,最低为19.95/13.3Kpa;心功不全者血压最高为21.28/13.3Kpa,最低为17.29/11.97Kpa。高血压脑症者头痛头晕5例、失明3例、抽搐1例。心功不全者气促、喘坐呼吸3例、两肺喘呜3例,心率均在140次/分以上。治疗方法:用硝普钠50mg加5％葡萄糖500ml(硝普钠浓度为1ml含100μg)避光静滴,滴速调至每分钟1～8μg/kg。

Hypertensive brain disease headache dizziness in 5 cases, 3 cases of blindness, convulsions in 1 case. Shortness of breath, shortness of breath, breathing in 3 cases, two cases of wheezing in both lungs, heart rate at 140 beats / min. Treatment: sodium nitroprusside 50mg plus 5% glucose 500ml (sodium nitroprusside sodium concentration 1ml containing 100μg) intravenous drip, drip rate adjusted to 1 ~ 8μg / kg per minute.
