近日,福建省教育厅等五部门联合印发《福建省职业院校兼职教师管理办法(试行)》。该办法明确,职业院校可将教职工编制的30%用于聘请兼职教师,所需经费由同级财政按编制内教师平均工资水平予以补助,以引导职业院校进一步强化专业实践,推进内涵建设。福建明确,兼职教师可通过对口合作企事业单位选派,签订选聘协议,也可面向社会聘请。鼓励、支持兼职教师参与教学科研、专业建设、团队建设和职业技能大赛;鼓励取得相应教师资格证的兼职教师参加教师职称评审;兼职教师的报酬以市场价为指导,由职业院校与对口合作的企事业单位或兼职教师本人双方协商确定。职业院校应将兼职教师队伍建设纳入教
