在经济发展水平、产业发展能力低下,牧民生活环境没有得到根本改善的巴里坤哈萨克自治县,加快建设社会主义新农村,要实施促进发展的一揽子工程。目前,最主要的是做到解放思想,更新观念;加快农村经济结构调整;加快发展劳务经济;加快牧民搬迁定居步伐和提高农村基础教育水平。
At the level of economic development, industrial development ability is low, the living conditions of herdsmen have not been fundamentally improved in Barkol Kazakh Autonomous County, accelerate the building of a new socialist countryside, to implement the package of projects to promote development. At present, the most important thing is to achieve the goal of emancipating the mind and updating concepts; speeding up the readjustment of the rural economic structure; speeding up the development of the service economy; speeding up the relocation and settlement of pastoralists and improving the basic education in rural areas.
