目的:探讨低能量激光血管内照射（ILIB）对脑梗塞患者的疗效及对血液流变学性质的影响。方法:对92例患者随机分为两组。对照组（n=46）采用常规药物治疗,治疗组（n=46）在常规药物治疗的基础上加用ILIB的治疗,观察比较两组治疗的血液流变学指标的变化及疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。显效率为64％,总有效率为93％,治疗组血浆粘度、全血低切粘度、纤维蛋白原等指标比对照组有显著降低（P<0.05-01）结论:ILIB能有效改善血液流变学性质,显著提高脑梗塞患者疗效。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of low energy laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) on the patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on the hemorheology. Methods: 92 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 46) was treated with conventional drugs. The treatment group (n = 46) was treated with ILIB on the basis of conventional medical treatment. The changes and therapeutic effects of the two groups on hemorheology were compared. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The effective rate was 64%, the total effective rate was 93%. The indexes of plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and fibrinogen in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05-01). Conclusion: ILIB can effectively improve blood flow Change nature, significantly improve the efficacy of patients with cerebral infarction.
