目的:基于中成药二次开发观察新胃乃安片对胃粘膜损伤的作用,并与胃乃安胶囊进行比较。方法:分别以急性胃溃疡、慢性胃溃疡及慢性浅表性胃炎模型评价新胃乃安片及胃乃安胶囊对各种模型大鼠胃黏膜损伤的作用。结果:急性胃溃疡模型中,新胃乃安片5.8g生药/kg与同等剂量的胃乃安胶囊5.8g生药/kg溃疡指数明显低于模型组,溃疡抑制率分别为59.64%、47.93%;慢性胃溃疡模型中,新胃乃安片与胃乃安胶囊溃疡指数均低于模型组,溃疡抑制率分别为29.09%、23.64%;慢性胃炎模型中新胃乃安片与胃乃安胶囊炎症积分明显低于模型组,肉眼观察炎症抑制率分别为50.34%、41.69%,镜下观察炎症抑制率分别为42.4%、38.2%。结论:新胃乃安片对多种胃黏膜损伤具有良好的治疗作用,且在同等剂量下,效果略优于胃乃安胶囊,达到了二次开发“降低服用量,增加疗效”的目的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Xinwei Nai An Tablets on gastric mucosal injury based on secondary development of proprietary Chinese medicines, and compare with that of Weinaan Capsules. Methods: Acute gastric ulcer, chronic gastric ulcer and chronic superficial gastritis model were used to evaluate the effect of Xinwei Nai An An and Wei Nai An Capsules on gastric mucosal lesion in various model rats. Results: In the model of acute gastric ulcer, 5.8g crude drug / kg Xinwei Anneng tablets and 5.8g crude drug / kg ulcer index of the same dose of Weinaan capsule were significantly lower than the model group.
