复方兔脑磷脂为家兔脑磷脂与家禽胆盐配伍的生化药物。本文观察到大鼠灌胃复方兔脑磷脂200mg/kg30min后,胆汁流量明显增多;3×10~(-5)克复方兔脑磷脂收缩家兔,豚鼠离体胆囊平滑肌并收缩家兔离体肠管;体外试验未见有明显溶解人胆固醇型胆石。
Compound rabbit cephalin is a biochemical drug that is compatible with rabbit brain phospholipids and poultry bile salts. In this study, bile flux was significantly increased after intragastric administration of rabbit brain phosphatidyl choline 200mg/kg for 30 min; 3x10~(5) g of compound rabbit cephalin constricted rabbit gallbladder smooth muscle and contracted rabbit isolated intestine In vitro tests did not significantly dissolve human cholesterol-type gallstones.
