随着现代化的飞速发展,各行业的数据信息已成海量型,而且还在迅速增长,客观现实呼唤着“大数据技术”及“大数据时代”的到来。高校图书馆是国家教科文信息比较集中的信息大户,大数据时代会率先叩响它的大门。美国已抢先一步启动了大数据的政府计划,同时美英等西方国家关于高校图书馆的大数据理论探索和实践也在进行中。我国也已经开始进行理论探索和尝试性的实践。大数据时代将会给图书馆行业带来全新的改革和挑战,我们必须有精神准备,早作谋划。
With the rapid development of modernization, the data and information of various industries have become mass-produced and rapidly increasing. The objective reality calls for the arrival of “big data technology” and “big data era”. University library is a large information center of national science and education information, big data era will take the lead knock on its door. The United States has taken the lead in launching the government plan for big data. At the same time, the exploration and practice of big data theories in university libraries such as the United States and Britain are also under way. My country has also begun to carry out theoretical exploration and tentative practice. The era of big data will bring new reforms and challenges to the library industry. We must be prepared spiritually and make plans early.
