5104平菇,是中国人民解放军驻四川铜梁56028部队51分队胡文华等人于1987年10月用耐高温型和耐低温到平菇菌株亲本单孢分离、杂交配对融合培育的子代,经近4年全面系统的出菇试验,高低温驯化和大面积推广栽培,证实其优良性状超过亲本。在基本稳定的前提下,1990年4月又经二代杂交选育,其优良性状又超过了子代,适温-2—35℃。经酶谱分析和生物学特性测试,均有较强的生物学形态变化和生理生化差异,确认是一株“双耐互补广温型”平菇新菌株,并通过技术鉴定。 5104平菇菌株菌丝洁白浓密,旺盛茁壮,爬壁力强,分解纤维素、半纤维素和木质素快(18天出菇),子实体成熟期乳白色,簇生,主干上有分枝,每个分枝头上又有一个菌盖,直径10—20厘米,肉厚5—10毫米,边缘较薄,菌褶纯白色,单丛4公斤左右,出
