随着城镇化进程的不断加快,农民工成为当代社会不可忽视的特殊群体,但是关于他们的社会保障却存在着巨大的问题,其中尤以工伤保险为重。虽然政府出台了很多的相关政策,但由于宣传与执行的不到位,农民工的参保率很低。工伤事故后农民工的维权之路步履维艰。本报告在对当前南京市主城区农民工伤保险现状进行调查基础上,对有关问题进行了分析并提出相关建议。
With the accelerating process of urbanization, migrant workers have become a special group that can not be ignored in contemporary society. However, there are still huge problems about their social security, especially the industrial injury insurance. Although the government has promulgated many relevant policies, due to the poor publicity and implementation, the insured rate of migrant workers is very low. Migrant workers’ rights protection after the accident is struggling. Based on a survey of the current situation of migrant workers’ injury insurance in the main city of Nanjing, this report analyzes the relevant issues and puts forward relevant suggestions.
