在肝小叶中,在放射状排列的细胞索空隙处有特有的毛细血管,即类窦。类窦内皮细胞体有很多小孔,无清楚的基底膜,具有旺盛的吞噬作用。把迪塞氏腔(肝淋巴间隙)隔开的肝细胞索一类窦的关系相当于所谓上皮一基质的关系。这两者的相互关系维持正常的肝构造,发挥正常的肝机能。在肝移植时,也是这两者的相互关系,促进肝再生使移植成功。近年来,用胶原酶灌注法、低速离心法分离、精制的肝细胞进行分裂、增殖移植的研究,或有关肝机能缺损动物功能恢复的应用研究广泛展开。这里介绍几例肝细胞移植后的肝再生并谈谈笔者最近的认识。
