古希腊的自由之思显现为对善本体的辩护。亚里士多德关于理性的选择与意愿行为的讨论,虽然已经达到了古希腊自由观的一个新高度,但未达到将自由视为哲学至上原则的地步。奥古斯丁对基督教原罪论的哲学阐释,使肇始于自发、自愿意义上的选择与意志的自由决断发生本源关联,终结了古希腊的内在自由之思,完成了将内在自由外化为绝对命令的中世纪转向。
The idea of freedom in ancient Greece appeared as a defense of the good body. Although Aristotle’s discussion of rational choice and willingness has reached a new height of the concept of freedom in ancient Greece, it has not reached the point where freedom is regarded as the principle of the supremacy of philosophy. Augustine’s philosophical explanation of the theory of the original sin of Christianity made the original connection between the spontaneous and voluntary choice and the free judgment of the will end the thinking of the intrinsic freedom in ancient Greece and completed the Middle Ages that turned the inner freedom into the absolute order Turn.
