目的:了解β-环糊精作为药物载体的最新应用进展。方法:主要以2005-2013年ScienceDirect、ACS Publication、Informahealthcare等数据库中具有代表性的文献资料为依据,对β-环糊精及其衍生物在药学应用中体现的优势特征进行归纳总结。结果:β-环糊精及其衍生物如羟丙基-β-环糊精、磺丁基醚-β-环糊精等,与药物形成包合物后可实现稳定药物性质、降低毒副作用和刺激性,并控制药物的释放速度、增加药物吸收等作用。结论:β-环糊精及其相关衍生物作为药物载体拥有广阔的应用前景,通过与相关制剂技术结合,更有利于提高药物的传递效率。
Objective: To understand the latest application of β-cyclodextrin as drug carrier. Methods: The main characteristics of β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives in pharmaceutical application were summarized based on the representative literature of ScienceDirect, ACS Publication, Informatics and other databases from 2005 to 2013. Results: β-Cyclodextrin and its derivatives such as hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin, etc., formed a clathrate with the drug to achieve stable drug properties and reduce side effects And irritation, and control the release rate of drugs to increase the role of drug absorption. Conclusion: β-Cyclodextrin and its related derivatives have broad application prospects as drug carriers. Combined with the related formulation technology, β-cyclodextrin and its related derivatives are more conducive to improve the drug delivery efficiency.
