中共中央政治局常委、中央书记处书记胡锦涛7月22日在全国学习贯彻《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》电视电话会议上发表重要讲话时指出,《条例》的颁布实施,是党的干部工作更好地贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想的需要,是适应新形势新任务的要求建设高素质干部队伍的需要,是总结和推广近年来干部人事工作的新经验、新成果,进一步提高干部选拔任用工作水平的需要。各级党委一定要认真学习和坚决贯彻这个《条例》,不断提高干部选拔任用工作水平,为全面开创建设有中国特色社会主义事业新局面提供坚强的组织保证。
