As early as the 1950s, it was already beginning to find effective ways to prevent cracks in concrete dams. This is not an easy task because the issue is directly related to some important indicators: duration, cost, and concrete volume. Over the years, attempts have been made to solve the problem of crack formation with strict temperature control, resulting in worse performance of these indicators. Addition of pozzolana ash method, especially in the seepage and antifreeze requirements of the concrete to add pozzolan, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the concrete heat release, but the effect is still not good. Some initial success has been achieved since the concrete pouring method was radically changed: the Abbéney Dam in Italy, the Kevala del Remuera dam in Italy, the Toktoguli and the Kurpurseba in the former Soviet Union, during construction
