Exercise is thought to be a physiological regulator of the release of growth hormone (GH) and prolactin (PRL). It has been reported that hypoxia may affect exercise-induced GH release. The authors studied the effects of hypoxia and high exercise levels on GH and PRL levels. MATERIALS AND METHODS Participants in the experiment were 10 healthy women aged 22-28 years with a height of 176cm and a body weight of 53-70kg. The degree of physical training varied, but no one exercised in these girls. Use electric brake pedal dynamometer to study maximum cardiopulmonary work. Resting blood samples were taken at sea level pressure and in chambers simulating levels of 2438 m, 3658 m and 4572 m, depressurized by 10 ’; after 10 m of submaximal exercise, the corresponding oxygen uptake was 56.7 ± 0.8% (44.9-65.5%). Subjects completed the maximum amount of exercise 3 ’~ 5’ until depleted so far. Serum GH
