外阴皮肤搔痒病是妇科常见病,病情顽固,反复发作。目前有很多治疗方法,虽均有一定效果,但疗效不易巩固。上海第一医学院妇产科医院于1975年首先应用二氧化碳(CO_2)激光治疗顽固性女阴搔痒性皮肤病,四川医学院自1979年开始以氦氖激光和CO_2激光治疗外阴白色病变,均取得一定疗效。1979年3月～1981年2月,我们用CO_2激光治疗外阴皮肤搔痒病129例,分为外阴白色病变、外阴皮炎、单纯性、外阴炎3组,现初步总结如下。
