通过人工栽培试验研究了落叶松水曲柳混交林中落叶松(Larixgnielini)的挥发性物质对水曲柳(Fraxinusmandshurica)生长的影响。用水蒸气蒸馏法从落叶松枝叶中制得挥发性物质.并用气相色谱法测定了各组分的含量。用气相色谱一质谱联用法鉴定了各组分的结构.发现此挥发性物质绝大部分是单萜类物质.主要组分是α-侧柏烯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和γ-松油烯.同时含有少量倍半萜和二萜类物质。例如长叶烯、杜松烯、泪杉醇等。室内砂培试验结果表明:落叶松的挥发性物质对水曲柳的生长起抑制作用。模拟样地试验验证了此结果。用α-蒎烯和α-松油醇作为典型化合物进行浇灌试验。研究了萜烯烃和萜烯醇对水曲柳生长的影响程度、结果表明:萜烯烃明显抑制水曲柳的生长.萜烯醇的抑制作用稍弱。
The effects of volatile compounds of Larix ginielini on the growth of Fraxinusmandshurica were studied through artificial cultivation experiments. Volatiles were prepared from larch leaves by steam distillation. The content of each component was determined by gas chromatography. The structure of each component was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The vast majority of this volatile material was found to be monoterpenes. The main components are α-Parylene, α-pinene, β-pinene and γ-terpinene, while containing small amounts of sesquiterpenes and diterpenes. Such as longifolene, cadinene, clotrimazole and the like. The result of indoor sand culture test showed that the volatile substances of larch played an inhibitory role on the growth of Fraxinus mandshurica. Simulated plots validated this result. Watering tests were carried out using α-pinene and α-terpineol as typical compounds. The effects of terpenes and terpene alcohols on the growth of Fraxinus mandshurica were studied. The results showed that terpenes significantly inhibited the growth of Fraxinus mandshurica. Terpene alcohol inhibition is weaker.
