绿原酸是金银花(Lonicera japonica)入药的主要化学成分,稳定和提高金银花中绿原酸含量的研究成为近年的一个研究热点。本研究通过对金银花分别施加Fe、Mn、B、Zn、Mo等微量元素,研究微量元素水平对金银花中微量元素积累和绿原酸含量的影响,结果表明:土壤根施Fe、Mn、B、Zn和Mo对金银花中绿原酸的积累具有明显的促进作用,其中施加Fe、B、Zn和Mo的效果极显著。土壤根施高浓度的B、Mo和中等浓度的Fe对金银花中微量元素的积累具有明显的促进作用。本研究为人工定向调控金银花中绿原酸含量,开发人工栽培金银花专用微量元素肥料提供依据。
Chlorogenic acid is the main chemical component of Lonicera japonica. It has become a hot research topic in recent years to stabilize and increase the content of chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica. In this study, the trace elements Fe, Mn, B, Zn and Mo were applied to honeysuckle to study the effects of trace elements on trace element accumulation and chlorogenic acid content in honeysuckle. The results showed that Fe, Mn, B, Zn and Mo have a significant role in promoting the accumulation of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle, and the effects of applying Fe, B, Zn and Mo are significant. Soil high concentrations of B, Mo and moderate concentrations of Fe on the accumulation of trace elements in honeysuckle has a significant role in promoting. This study provides the basis for the artificial regulation of chlorogenic acid content in honeysuckle, the development of artificial cultivation of honeysuckle specific trace elemental fertilizer.
