介绍了铁路机车车辆后轮对采用独立回转车轮不对称悬挂的自导向转向架的曲线导向能力。采用一个简单的线性转向架模型进行理论分析,得到在不同踏面锥度和定位刚度下与用常规刚性轮对的转向架比较导向性能的改善情况。按推荐方案研制的新型转向架的导向能力是用能模拟曲线工况、测试横向力和转向架状态的试验台来检测的。试验结果与理论预测和数字模拟相一致。从这些试验和理论计算中发现,新型径向转向架特别在小半径曲线轮缘接触时比常规转向架的曲线通过性能好。
The curvilinear steering ability of self-steering bogies with asymmetrical suspension of independent turning wheels is introduced in the rear wheels of railway rolling stock. Using a simple linear bogie model for theoretical analysis, the improvement of steering performance compared with bogies using conventional rigid wheelsets at different tread taper and locating stiffness is obtained. The guidance capabilities of the new bogies developed according to the recommendations are tested using a test rig that simulates the condition of the curve, tests the lateral force and the condition of the bogie. The experimental results are in line with theoretical predictions and numerical simulations. From these experimental and theoretical calculations, it is found that the new radial bogie has a better curve passing performance than the conventional bogie especially when it comes in contact with a small radius curved rim.
