目的:对内科住院患者服药依从性和用药沟通性进行调查,为安全合理用药提供参考。方法:通过问卷调查,了解患者服药依从性和用药沟通现状。结果:认为严格按照时间服药、严格按照药量服药,及严格按照药品说明书服药非常必要和有必要的比例分别为93.7%、87.7%和88.7%。300例患者中,有时少服药物的占60.7%;能够与医师沟通良好,而且做法也正确。结论:大部分患者对用药依从性有正确认识;在服药前、服药后和漏服时的做法大致是正确的,能够与医师进行良好沟通。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate compliance and medication communication of inpatients in medical department and provide references for safe and rational drug use. Methods: Through the questionnaire survey to understand the patient medication compliance and medication status quo. Results: 93.7%, 87.7% and 88.7% of the patients considered it necessary and necessary to take the medicine strictly according to the dosage, strictly according to the dosage, and strictly according to the medicine instruction.
