Objective To study the effect of exogenous leukemia blood (LIF) and its antibody on mouse embryo implantation. Methods Mouse embryos 4 days pregnant were implanted in the established model of endometrium in vitro to observe the adhesion, implantation and expansion of different concentrations of LIF and their antibodies to mouse embryos. Results LIF promoted the adhesion of embryos (P <0.05), and the rate of expansion of embryos decreased. Addition of LIF antibody (5μg / ml, 10μg / ml) reduced the rate of embryo adhesion (P <0.05). Conclusions LIF can promote the adhesion and implantation of embryo. The mechanism may be through the upregulation of endometrial integrin β3 to promote the establishment of endometrial receptivity.
