用定量细胞化学方法观察了小鼠白血病淋巴细胞及正常淋巴细胞中6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶及两种黄递酶的活性变化.结果提示:磷酸戊糖途径在小鼠白血病细胞的糖代谢中占有重要地位,6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶的活性变化似乎是细胞癌变的一种生物化学标志.
The activity changes of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, lactate dehydrogenase, succinate dehydrogenase and two diaphorase enzymes in mouse leukemia lymphocytes and normal lymphocytes were observed by quantitative cytochemical method.The results suggest that: The glucose pathway plays an important role in the glycometabolism of mouse leukemia cells and the changes in the activity of 6-phosphoglucose dehydrogenase appear to be a biochemical marker of cellular carcinogenesis.
