2014年5月8日,黑龙江省第一座抽水蓄能电站——荒沟抽水蓄能电站工程开工兴建:荒沟抽水蓄能电站位于黑龙江省牡丹江海林市,工程装机容量120万kW,共安装4台单机容量为30万kW的可逆式水泵水轮机组,设计年发电量18.36亿kW.h相应抽水电量24.09亿kW.h,以500 kV线路接人黑龙江电网。工程总投资58亿元,总工期69个月,首台机组投产发电计划时间为57个月。该项目是牡丹江市有史以来最大的水利投资项
May 8, 2014, the first pumped storage power station in Heilongjiang Province - Huanggou pumped storage power station project started construction: Huanggou pumped storage power station is located in Hailin, Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province, the project installed capacity of 1,200,000 kW, a total of Install 4 sets of reversible pump turbines with unit capacity of 300,000 kW, designed annual generating capacity of 1.83 billion kW.h and corresponding pumping power of 2.409 billion kW.h, and connect to Heilongjiang Power Grid with 500 kV lines. The total investment of 5.8 billion yuan, the total duration of 69 months, the first unit put into operation plans for power generation time of 57 months. The project is Mudanjiang City’s largest investment in water projects
