医疗服务价格改革一直都在推进中,国家发改委分别于2015年和2016年印发《推进药品价格改革的意见》和《推进医疗服务价格改革意见的通知》,这两个意见是医药价格改革的纲领性和方向性文件,本次医疗服务价格改革着眼于我国市场上的各类医疗机构,既包括公立医疗机构,也包括非公立医疗机构,希望通过本改革建立一个调放结合和政策联动、逐步建立分类管理、动态调整,多方参与的医疗服务价格形成机制。
