当今世界,科学技术的发展,从宏观到微观都取得了前所未有的成果,并以空前的广度、深度和速度影响着人类及其社会的各个方面。科学技术的发展与伦理道德有着密切关系。科学技术发展中的伦理因素应包括:合规律性与合目的性的统一;客观尺度与主体尺度的统一;真善美的统一。探讨科学技术发展中的伦理因素问题,对于我国更好地实施“科教兴国”战略具有重要的现实意义。
In today's world, the development of science and technology has achieved unprecedented results from the macro to the micro level, affecting all aspects of humankind and its society with unprecedented breadth, depth and speed. The development of science and technology is closely related to ethics. The ethical factors in the development of science and technology should include: the unification of conformity and purpose; the unification of objective and subjective dimensions; the unity of truth, goodness and beauty. Exploring the ethical issues in the development of science and technology has an important practical significance for our country to better implement the strategy of “rejuvenating China with science and education.”
