为了实现可持续发展的开放式的计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)技术,使先进制造模式形式化和实用化,结合在自然界演化过程中普遍存在的适应环境变化的层次状精细结构和自组织现象,提出了先进制造系统适应不断变化与不可预测混沌环境下的分形结构及其自组织运转模式。这一模式是实现CIMS非线性增值集成的关键,也为新一代先进制造系统的运转模式提供理论基础。
In order to realize the sustainable development of the open computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) technology, the advanced manufacturing mode is formalized and put into practical use. Combined with the layered fine structure and self-organization phenomenon that adapt to the environmental change ubiquitously in the evolution of nature, The advanced manufacturing system is put forward to adapt to the fractal structure and its self-organized operation mode under the changing and unpredictable chaos environment. This model is the key to realize the non-linear value-added CIMS integration and also provides the theoretical basis for the operation mode of a new generation of advanced manufacturing system.
